Just beyond the Temecula Wine Country in the quaint area of Sage, CA is an accounting firm that serves Construction Companies, Farmers, Ranchers, and Vineyards. Started by Candice Regan in 2019, Country Accounting Solutions provides businesses with finance, outsourced accounting, and CFO advisory solutions, as well as human resources, infrastructure, restructuring, process automation, and software selection, migration and implementation.

Candice Regan is a native to Temecula, attending school locally through the 80's and 90's, and working for a local CPA firm while still attending college at Cal State University Fullerton. Candice also started Aviator Farms in 2023 with her three children. Focused on promoting regenerative growing practices, the farm plans to grow fig trees, apricots, plums, and other stone fruit, as well as melons, squash, mushrooms and flowers.

Candice has been focusing on growing her accounting business this year and plans to hire a full-time Controller by years end. When she launched Country Accounting Solutions, she knew it had to be different. Focused on the needs of the business owner, she built an organization that reflects her values. Candice is known for being a straight-shooter, steadfast in her values, resources and strengths, she does not say “yes” when the answer is really “no”. Candice works withs clients that she is in sync with, gives them her full attention, and builds lasting relationships.
